You can't do it. You can create a new account - Your old account can't be removed.

Some times ago there was option at:
Мои Настройки >> Приватность >> Кто может смотреть мою страницу >> Никто, удалить страницу >> Сохранить
now you can to do next:
1. Delete all things in you account: photos, video, audio, friends. Clear you desktop (the wall 
). Total clear you account.
2. Rename youself to Deleted Deleted
3. Change you password to combination which you cannot to remember.
4. Add Pavel Durov (Павел Дуров) account to your blacklist.
near by two weeks your account have to be deleted, but you never login to at this time.
