The Mitchell Boys Choir (США)

The boys ranged in age from 9 to 16. They were in existence from 1934 to 2000. They appeared (and/or were heard) in some 100 films, and more than 1,000 radio and TV shows. Some of their films include: ‘The Jolson Story’, ‘The Bishop’s Wife’, ‘The Bad Seed’, ‘Giant’, ‘Night of the Hunter’, ‘Meet John Doe’, ‘Yankee Doodle Dandy’, ‘Duel in the Sun’, and perhaps their best remembered performance - with Bing Crosby in ‘Going My Way’. They appeared on radio and TV with Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Doris Day, Red Skelton, Eddie Cantor, Dinah Shore, Bob Hope, and many others. One of their recordings (with Frank Sinatra), ‘High Hopes’ was another Academy Award winning song.
