Boy choir from Delft, Netherlands, founded in 1966 as a Sunday choir, and from 1976 under the name the Buddy's actively in pop music as a result of the success of the French group The Poppys. Hans van Eijck wrote many of the group's songs. The Buddy's also performed musicals such as Jesus Christ Superstar and Oliver. The choir also sang on the recordings of other performers, including Tee Set, Herman Finkers, Henny Huisman, Bassie & Adriaan, Dolf Brouwers, and Herman and Babette van Veen. One of the best known singers in the choir is Jody Bernal who scored a summer hit in 2000, with Que Si, Que No.
