Memphis’ own 11-year-old Gospel Rapper/Dancer Demetrius Dodson, better known by his stage name of “D3” was born September 27, 2001. “D3” has been performing live since the very young age of 7. He is very passionate about the gifts that God has blessed him with and is NOT shy about displaying them in the least bit. Any opportunity that he has to showcase his talents, he does just that. “D3” is known for his smooth footwork, creative dance style, and his lyrical flow. He is only 11, but when you listen to his music and see him perform you will see that this kid is a natural. “D3”’s video for his single entitled “Super” recently won the Heal The Hood Foundation – Game Changer “Best Video” Award and also 5 CMC (Clean Music Movement) Awards at the event held in Virginia. “D3”’s music is currently being played on Clear Channel Memphis 95.7FM, K97.1FM, Atlanta’s WIGO, AM1570, Oklahoma’s KORU Radio, also in Michigan, Georgia, Toronto & Ontario Canada, Ghana Africa, and various stations on the World Wide Web and is continuously being added to various stations across the states.
