Alaman Diadhiou (Singer-Dancer-Actor) is a multi-talented 14 year old Entertainer from Los Angeles, California. Widely known by his stage name "Alaman", some of his recent credits include Debbie Allen's "Hot Chocolate Nutcracker" on BET, Promo for "This Thanksgiving Weekend on Nickelodeon", Dance On's SPOTLIGHT with WilldaBeast Adam's immaBEAST, "Take The Lead" Premiere Gala at the Pasadena Playhouse, Coca-Cola "It's Beautiful" Super Bowl XLVIII Commercial, and Dancing With The Stars Season Finale with Karina Smirnoff, Jacoby Jones, and Sophia Lucia.
Previously Alaman played the lead role in "Twist - An American Musical" for which he was nominated for NAACP (2012) and Ovation (2011) Theater Awards for Best Actor in a Lead Role. Mentored by the extroadinary Debbie Allen, Alaman has been seen in numerous theatrical productions from Royce Hall to the Kennedy Center.
As a professional dancer, Alaman has worked on various commercials and television shows including Gap, Charter Communications, Nick Jr, and The Young & The Restless.
Considered to be one of the best Tap Dancers of his generation, Alaman will appear in the upcoming feature-length documentary "Tap World" produced by Emmy Award Winning Executive Producer Dean Hargrove.
Alaman is currently in the 9th grade and attends The Mirman School for academically gifted children.
